- Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
Pro plan users can purchase additional pay-as-you-go credits at API rates. Super User plan users are notified when approaching their limit; bug fixes beyond the quota queue until the next billing cycle. Enterprise plans include custom usage terms.
- How does the annual discount work?
Switching to annual billing gives you 25% off the monthly price. Pro drops from $33/mo to $24.75/mo (billed as $297/yr) and Super User drops from $60/mo to $45/mo (billed as $540/yr). Enterprise agreements are quoted separately.
